Welcome to Adminimise
Adminimise is operated by Possibility? Digital Ltd, trading as Adminimise. Possibility? Digital Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17431888, with its registered office at Wohl Enterprise Hub, 2B Redbourne Avenue, London, N3 2BS. These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Possibility? Digital Ltd. By creating an account or using Adminimise, you agree to these Terms. Adminimise is intended for adults aged 18 and over and for personal and household use.
Using Adminimise
Adminimise is designed to help you organise household life admin, including records, reminders, documents, important dates and recurring commitments. You are responsible for the information you choose to add and for keeping your account details secure.
Your account
You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, notify us if you believe your account has been compromised, and use Adminimise lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity results from something for which Adminimise is legally responsible.
Your information
You retain ownership of information and documents you add to Adminimise. By using Adminimise, you give Possibility? Digital Ltd permission to store and process that information as necessary to provide, secure, support and improve the service, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Your responsibility for information
You are responsible for making sure information you add to Adminimise is accurate, complete and kept up to date. Adminimise does not independently verify dates, costs, renewal details, provider information, notes, document contents or other information entered by you. Information displayed by Adminimise is based on the information stored in your account. You should retain appropriate copies of important documents and must keep any original documents you are legally required to retain.
Your responsibility for taking action
Adminimise helps identify things that may need your attention. You remain responsible for taking any required action, including making payments, renewing or cancelling policies, arranging appointments, renewing documents, meeting contractual deadlines and meeting legal or administrative deadlines. Adminimise does not make payments, renewals, cancellations or applications on your behalf unless a future feature expressly says otherwise.
Reminders
Adminimise reminders are provided as an organisational aid. They are not a guaranteed notification service. A reminder may occasionally be delayed, blocked, directed to a junk folder or not delivered because of incorrect account information, email-provider filtering, internet or technical failures, supplier outages, maintenance or circumstances outside Adminimise's reasonable control. You remain responsible for checking important dates and meeting payments, renewals, appointments and deadlines whether or not a reminder is received. You should not rely on Adminimise as your sole method of remembering something where missing it could cause significant financial, legal, insurance or other consequences.
No professional advice
Adminimise provides organisational tools and information. It does not provide financial advice, legal advice, insurance advice, tax advice, medical advice or other regulated or professional advice. Information in Adminimise should not replace checking original documents, contacting the relevant provider or taking professional advice where appropriate.
Uploaded documents
You retain ownership of documents you upload. You must have the right to upload them and must not upload unlawful content, malicious files or content that infringes another person's rights. Uploaded documents are stored privately and access is restricted, subject to the limited circumstances explained in the Privacy Policy. Users should consider whether particularly sensitive information genuinely needs to be uploaded. You remain responsible for retaining originals where required.
Adminimise intellectual property
The information you add remains yours. Possibility? Digital Ltd owns or licenses the Adminimise software, design, branding, website content, platform functionality and underlying technology. Using Adminimise does not transfer ownership of Adminimise's intellectual property to you.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to Adminimise or another user's account, upload malicious software, use Adminimise for unlawful purposes, interfere with the operation or security of the service, attempt to circumvent access controls, or misuse the service in a way likely to harm Adminimise or other users.
Service availability
We aim to make Adminimise reliable and available. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, upgrades, supplier outages, security work, technical incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Changes to Adminimise
We may add, remove or change features as Adminimise develops. Where a material change significantly affects users, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.
Free and Premium
Adminimise offers a Free plan and an optional household-level Premium plan. Free includes the core Dashboard, Records and Calendar experience, reminders, document uploads, and standard Groups and Categories, with up to 20 active records and 100 MB of document storage per household. Completed or archived records do not count towards the active-record allowance. Premium includes unlimited active records as the customer proposition, 2 GB of document storage per household, Household Sharing for up to five people in total, Money Hub, and custom Groups and Categories. The maximum size of an individual uploaded document is 20 MB. Reasonable technical controls may be used to prevent abuse.
Premium subscriptions and renewal
Premium is available for £4.99 per month or £44.99 per year and renews automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Directly before Checkout, the selected price, renewal frequency and cancellation information are shown. Premium starts after Stripe successfully accepts the initial payment and Adminimise confirms the paid subscription, following the billing owner's express request for immediate access.
Initial cooling-off period
The billing owner has 14 calendar days beginning on the day after the initial Premium contract date to change their mind. The route remains available until the end of the 14th following calendar day in Europe/London time. A valid request receives a full refund with no deduction for Premium already used. Use Cancel and request refund in Account or contact support@myadminimise.com.
Normal cancellation and paid-through access
After the cooling-off period, go to Account, then Manage Premium to cancel before the next renewal. Normal cancellation stops future renewal, takes effect at the end of the period already paid for and does not automatically create a refund. Premium remains active until that paid period ends; the household then returns to Free unless another valid Premium entitlement applies. Existing records and documents are not automatically deleted.
Annual renewal reminders
Eligible annual billing owners receive transactional reminders approximately 30 days and 7 days before renewal, showing the renewal date and amount from authoritative subscription data. Subscriptions scheduled to cancel at the end of the paid period do not receive renewal reminders. Monthly subscribers do not receive repetitive monthly renewal reminders at launch.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment and Adminimise may ask the billing owner to update payment details. Premium may remain available during a payment-retry or grace period, but no fixed grace period is promised. If the subscription ultimately ends, the household returns to Free unless another valid Premium entitlement applies.
Downgrades and allowances
If a household is above a Free allowance when Premium ends, existing information remains available and existing records may remain editable. Creating additional active records or uploading further documents may be restricted until usage is reduced or Premium is restored. Adminimise does not automatically delete records or documents merely because Premium ends.
Household Sharing
Premium Household Sharing allows up to five people in total to use their own logins to access the shared household's records and documents. The household owner manages membership. Removing a person does not delete household information. Each person is responsible for protecting their own login details.
Money Hub
Money Hub is an organisational area for important financial information and dates. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, insurance or other professional advice, banking, budgeting, open banking or investment management.
Complimentary Premium
Complimentary Premium does not create a paid subscription or recurring billing. Unless a specific expiry is stated when it is granted, it remains active until withdrawn by Adminimise on reasonable notice, subject to applicable law and anything expressly agreed with you. If complimentary access ends, the household returns to Free and existing records and documents are not automatically deleted.
Refunds and consumer rights
A valid initial cooling-off cancellation receives a full refund through the original payment method. Bank or card processing times control when it appears. Duplicate charges, billing mistakes and service problems will be investigated and remedied as required. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.
Price changes and tax
We may change Premium prices in future. We will give reasonable advance notice before a change affects an existing subscription and explain when it will take effect. You may cancel before the new price applies. If tax treatment changes, prices and checkout information will be updated so the amount payable is clear before purchase.
Account suspension or closure
We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary because of unlawful or abusive use, a security risk, attempted unauthorised access, serious breach of these Terms, legal or regulatory requirements, non-payment, or discontinuation of the service. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and give users an opportunity to retrieve their information before permanent closure, unless doing so would create a security or legal risk.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, applicable statutory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to applicable law, Adminimise is not responsible for loss arising from inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information entered by a user, a user's failure to take required action, reliance on a reminder as the sole notification of a deadline, a delayed, filtered or undelivered reminder, failure to retain required original documents or independent copies, circumstances outside Adminimise's reasonable control, or using Adminimise for business or commercial purposes where it is provided as a personal household service.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them or your use of Adminimise are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or another part of the United Kingdom, you will also retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the laws of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live. If you are a consumer, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live. Adminimise may only bring proceedings against you in the courts permitted by applicable consumer law.
