Security and privacy are core to how Adminimise is built.
How we protect information
Adminimise uses encrypted HTTPS connections, authenticated accounts, access controls, private document storage, security updates and data-minimised operational logging.
Passwords and accounts
Passwords are handled through secure authentication systems and are not stored by Adminimise in readable form. Keep your own login details private and contact security@myadminimise.com if you believe an account has been compromised.
Household access
Each invited person uses their own login. Household Sharing gives members access to the shared household's records and documents; the household owner manages membership.
Documents
Uploaded documents are kept in private, authenticated storage and are not routinely viewed by Adminimise. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so retain originals where required.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, email security@myadminimise.com. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will investigate reports.
End-user MFA
Multi-factor authentication for Adminimise users is not currently available. It remains a future security enhancement and will not be introduced without a separate product and usability review.
